Immortality, Inc. reserves the right to edit any Living Tribute for English grammar and misspelled words and the right to edit or refuse to list a Living Tribute that contains language that:

• is unlawful,
• is harmful,
• is fraudulent,
• is threatening,
• is abusive,
• is harassing,
• is defamatory,
• is vulgar,
• is obscene,
• is profane,
• is hateful,
• is racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or
• encourages conduct that might constitutes a criminal offense.

Immortality, Inc. has no obligation to research or investigate, nor can Immortality, Inc. guarantee, the truthfulness or accuracy of any proposed Living Tribute. Immortality's evaluation, modification, and acceptance of a proposed Living Tribute will be based solely on the wording of the proposed Living Tribute as it appears to the Immortality, Inc. editorial staff.
